How Much Does it Cost?

Parties begin at $85.00. Studio Appointments begin at $15

Site manager, special costumes, decorations, and educational workshops available upon request. 

Destination Weddings are booked on an individual basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.

Party favors: 3/4 ounce fresh henna in an applicator bottle and gift bag are available on request.

Can I hire more than one artist?

Henna Caravan is a family business led by two sisters and we work with a network of excellent professionalartists in the Los Angeles-Ventura-Santa Barbara area. This is an all woman effort! While we cannot guarantee a specific artist, every attempt is made to facilitate your special request.

Do I need a Site Manager?

Let Henna Caravan provide one of our great site managers for your large party or corporate event. Site managers explain the henna process, answer questions, provide detailed directions and assist with line control, prep, & aftercare. With the help of a site manager, our artists can provide a fully one-on-one experience to each guest, and we can henna more guests throughout the event. We recommend a site manager for any event with over 100 guests.

 

What do you mean by Decorations?

Henna Caravan's decor set up helps create a fun, exotic mood. Colorful floor mats, back drops, tables, drapes and chairs, silk flowers, peacock feathers and music will create a truly immersive experience for your guests. If you want that extra WOW factor for your event, this is it!

Maternity Henna

Jessica and Carissa love helping you celebrate new life with henna as part of your babyshower, blessingway, or maternity photoshoot. Expecting mothers can sit and relax having her belly decorated, while her guests enjoy their own small henna designs.

 

Henna Caravan always uses lavender essential oil in our hand-crafted henna for expecting mothers to ensure a lovely and safe experience for mama and baby. Our favorite baby showers have ranged from casual picnics on the beach in Ventura, to garden soirees in Pasadena, to elegant affairs in Santa Barbara and Montecito.

Corporate Special Events

Henna Caravan often works with Corporate clients throughout the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara area as part of promotional events. Let Henna Caravan enhance your community engagement by creating beautiful henna art that promotes your unique brand.

Want us to henna or provide glitter tattoos with your brand image or logo on guests? No problem! Have special uniform needs? We're all about it!

Promotions for clothing companies, liquor, clubs, weekend retreats... we've got you covered and we've done it all. Just let us know your needs and we'll put a package together for your event or series. We strive to be an all inclusive service; all you provide is the space and the clients!

Fundraisers & Non-Profit Special Events

Fundraisers are booked at our hourly rates. We will then collect fees on your behalf from each customer we henna, turning the cash over to your organization at the end of the event.

 

Henna Caravan supports a select number of local charities in Ventura County providing services free of charge at our discretion. If your event would like to be considered, please email us in November for scheduling the following year.

We are inundated with requests to donate services free of charge. Please understand we would love to support everyone interested in bringing henna to their event, but we simply cannot commit to each project.
